SHS Class of 91 (GA) - 35 Year Class Reunion

Our 35 year class reunion is booked for 22AUG26 from 5p-9p EST at Southern Roots in McDonough, GA.
Local hotels- Comfort suite inn McDonough, Hilton Garden Inn, Residence Inn, Courtyard at Marriott, True By Hilton. All within 8 miles or less away.
Parking - around square or Parking garage on Lawrenceville Street next to the courthouse (free parking)
The facility does not have an elevator and it is upstairs for those with any mobility issues.
The cost will be $45 a person and can be sent by Cashapp or Venmo to Tracye Ferguson Bonner directly.
Once paid you and your guest will be added to the guest list so please include your guests name as well with payment. Tracye is now collecting payments and all attending will need to have their payment completed by July 1st so each vendor can be paid.
There will be a small buffet, nothing fancy to keep down on cost and a cash bar will be available. Southern Roots will also be hosting a band that night and all that would like to stay for the band (they have great bands) and Tracye has requested an 80’s band but it’s not guaranteed.
Southern Roots will give each guest a ticket to stay for that band for half price so roughly a $10 charge. That is not included in your reunion cost, due to not everyone would want to stay. The bands usually start at 9. They do host tons of 80’s cover bands so fingers crossed. You don’t have to stay or pay for that part if you don’t want. Again it will be upstairs which has plenty of seating, restrooms, and bar so plenty of space.
We will have a slide show going with old pictures for those that want to send any to Tracy or [email protected]
When you and your guest arrive you will need to provide info to get access upstairs, I will have someone at the entrance checking names so please make sure you provide all that info when paying, I don’t want to miss anyone. If you have any questions please message me or Tracye.
The $45 cost goes towards the rental of the upstairs section of Southern Roots, the small buffet and decorations. When paying please include your name and guest name for the guest list. Other payment options are available if needed and can be discussed. I don’t have Zelle with my bank, unfortunately that option is out.
