Join the **Lakshmi Narayan Mandir** and the **Vadic Hindu Cultural Society (VHCS)** for the grand annual **Shree Krishan Shobha Yatra** a spiritual and cultural procession celebrating the birth and divine life of **Lord Krishna**. Taking place on **Saturday August 16 2025** this colorful event will light up **140 Street in Surrey** with music devotion and community joy.Beginning at **3:00 PM** the yatra (procession) will feature beautifully decorated floats devotional singing (bhajans) and dancing as devotees walk together to express their reverence for Lord Krishna. This is a family-friendly inclusive celebration that brings together people from all walks of life to participate in **sewa (selfless service)** **culture** and **faith**.
Community members local businesses and organizations are invited to set up **free booths** along the procession route to offer refreshments services or simply to engage with the local community in a spirit of unity and giving.
