🔷From Hesitation to Forward Thinking: Training Your Brain as Well as Your Body 🔷Do you ever find yourself holding back at the fence, second-guessing your approach, or feeling that invisible “mental handbrake” when you want to ride forward?
This clinic is designed to help riders break through those barriers by combining sports psychology principles with progressive jumping exercises. We’ll focus on retraining your mental responses so you can ride with clarity, trust and forward intent.
🧠What you’ll work on:
* Identifying and overcoming hesitation patterns
* Building proactive, forward-thinking habits
* Simple strategies to manage nerves and pressure
* Jumping exercises that reinforce both skill and mindset

* Small, supportive groups of just 3 riders
* Two sessions available: 10:00 and 11:00
* Space to work individually within a shared theme
