Showing Up with Confidence: Digital Foundations for Women in Business is a supportive, hands-on, in-person, 2 day workshop designed for women who are starting a business or are in their first two years and feel overwhelmed by the digital side of business.

If you know what you want to offer but feel unsure, hesitant, or exhausted trying to keep up with social media and digital tools, this workshop is for you.

This is not a marketing strategy or growth workshop.

Instead, we focus on calm, practical foundations helping you understand which tools matter most right now, how to use them with confidence, and how to show up online in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.

This workshop is ideal if you:

• Are a start-up or in your first 0–2 years of business
• Feel overwhelmed by social media and digital tools
• Want clarity on what to focus on (and what to ignore)
• Want to show up online without perfectionism or burnout
• Prefer a calm, supportive learning environment
• Are not tech-savvy and want things explained simply.

You’ll be guided through the core digital foundations, including:

• Instagram – connection, visibility and simple content
• Facebook – community, familiarity and longer-form sharing
• LinkedIn – professional presence and credibility
• Canva – creating simple, on-brand graphics without design skills
• ChatGPT – support for captions, ideas and writing
• Google Business Profile – local visibility and trust

You’ll also learn:

• What you don’t need to worry about yet
• How to reduce digital overwhelm and decision fatigue
• How to create and share content without overthinking
• How to protect your energy while showing up consistently.

To keep things calm and focused, we intentionally do not cover:

• Algorithms or growth hacking
• Hashtag strategies
• Funnels or paid advertising
• Complex analytics
• Advanced automation.

By the end of Day 2, you will have:

• A clear understanding of which digital tools matter and why
• Confidence using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva and ChatGPT
