Show Me the Money with Rob Campbell and Darrin Carey

We are thrilled to announce our special guests, Darrin Carey and Robert Campbell for our July 2nd GRID event "Show Me the Money" at Cohatch in downtown Springfield at 5:30-7:30 PM.

Darrin’s day-to-day business is Dayton Capital Partners LLC, a real estate lender that focuses on hard money and rental loans for real estate investors.

As he analyzes the investors and their deals, he uses his past experiences to help them avoid duplicating his past mistakes and do better deals.

Many of the notes he originates are later sold to other investors looking for steady passive income.

Darrin started investing in 2002, when he bought his first rental property while on active duty in the Air Force. (There may have been a seminar involved.)

Since then, he’s done over 200 real estate deals including wholesaling, rehabbing, and rentals.

He’s also originated over 400 notes and bought a few along the way.

His success has had plenty of bumps, bruises, and stumbles. He retired from the Air Force and went full time real estate in 2008, then promptly got crushed in the economic recession.

Years later, Darrin exploded a small IRA from $7,000 to $63,000 in 9 months and continues to grow that IRA; now, he’s rapidly growing a 401k, too.

Darrin gives back to the real estate community by helping other investors. He applies the hard lessons he’s learned and enjoys helping others get started, growing their investing, and reaching their goals.

Robert Campbell is a local real estate investor, business owner, devoted husband, and proud Dad of 7 kids.

Originally from Louisville, KY with a background in music and church leadership, Rob married his college sweetheart and moved to her hometown of Springfield, Ohio in 2007.

It wasn't long after that Rob realized he wanted to create professional opportunities that would allow him to spend more time with his family, and he decided to venture into the real estate world.

Since then, Rob has purchased and rehabbed several properties leveraging owner financing and creative strategies and launched several businesses that currently serve property owners in and around Clark County, including Campbell Lawn & Landscaping and Campbell Contracting.
