Show & Tell for Grown-Ups

This is a warm and welcoming space to come together and share pieces of our lives, the things that light us up, make us think, or simply feel worth bringing into the room.

You’re invited to bring something that matters to you. It could be something you’ve created or something you’ve found: a poem, a quote, a song, a story, a piece of art, your favorite object, or even just a thought you’ve been sitting with. Big or small, polished or imperfect, we want to hear about it! It all belongs here.

There’s no pressure to perform or impress. This isn’t about talent; it’s about expression, curiosity, and connection. You’ll have the chance to share if you’d like, listen deeply to others, and experience what happens when people show up a little more fully as themselves.

This is a space to be seen, to witness others, and to remember how meaningful it can be to simply share what we love.
