In this free workshop, we will cover basic anatomy, the most common injuries, most common causes of pain, some of the best basic exercises, and what effective conservative treatment should look like (without lots of medication, injections, or surgery).This is an informal, interactive workshop for ANYONE with shoulder pain or problems, including problems that might also relate the neck or arm. If knee or shoulder pain is effecting your sports or training, this is for you. If you hurt your shoulder in the yard or on the field, this is for you.
Trouble reaching overhead or behind your back? Trouble lifting things or even getting dressed? Strange pains in your arm? Have you fallen on your arm? Think you have arthritis? Did someone tell you you have “bone on bone?” Then this is for you.
This workshop may also help if you have had surgery or are trying to decide about a surgery, or looking for possible alternatives to surgery.
