This session will be led by Craig Sherburne. Craig is a Corporate Commercial Lawyer and Patent Agent registered in the U.S. and Canada and has spent the past decade working in the Startup/venture space. With his experience in Venture Capital and Investment Banking, combined with acting for many early-stage entrepreneurial start-ups; he has been able to assist his clients through their full business lifecycle, from initial incorporation and business strategy, through intellectual property generation and management and to eventual sale or M&A.
