This will be a women’s self-defense class, and we will be focusing on techniques to escape attacks from behind.Getting attacked from behind can be scary for anyone, including black belts! However, this doesn’t mean that there aren’t ways to be prepared.
This event is perfect for both beginners, and previous event attendees. If you have been to one of our classes before, the more you practice, the more likely these techniques will work when you need them to. If you are new to our classes, we make our lesson plans for these events with the goal of teaching techniques that are easy to remember, and accessible to different body types and fitness levels.

We recommend coming with a friend, but if you come alone, we will find someone to work with you!
