SHORT+SWEET Malaysia turns 15 this year!Part of the global festival brand and the BIGGEST little festival in the world, SHORT+SWEET Malaysia is proud to have premiered more than 1,000 new works and showcased an astonishing 5,351 emerging and established talents on stage.
SHORT+SWEET Malaysia 2022 is set to feature over 60 works in six genres – Film, Stand-Up Comedy & Song, Musical, Theatre and Dance.
Not only will audiences be the first to view the creation (only new works are accepted), each work must be under 10 minutes. You will get to feast on a sumptuous buffet of 10-minute works and, best yet, vote for your favourite!
Each team competes to win top honours and prizes including the coveted Mercedes-Benz Award for Creative Excellence.
Hosted nightly by Festival Director Dato’ Dr. Faridah Merican and Artistic Director Joe Hasham OAM, come celebrate SHORT+SWEET’s 15th season with us!
