With my help, young RAF and Army cadets from 1440 Shoreham Sqn RAF Air Cadets and No.13 (Shoreham) Detachment of the Sussex Army Cadet Force have volunteered to clean the local war memorial. As you can see from the photo, it will take a lot of hard work by the cadets. I’ll be there to supervise as they carefully hand-clean the memorial (which was sadly damaged by jet-washing in the past :(
