🌊 shore and sage wellness market is San Diego's first free, recurring pop up wellness market — every 4th Sunday in Normal Heights
what is it?
a monthly gathering of local makers, holistic practitioners, free fitness classes, workshops, and a space for community to come together on the walkable, vibrant Adams Ave in Normal Heights.
this is an intentionally built third space created for connection and community care— small businesses over big brands, and real relationships over mindless consumption.
what you can expect:
our lineup rotates every month, so no two markets are ever the same— follow @shoreandsagemarket to see who's joining this month.
what you can always count on:
- San Diego small businesses— handmade ceramics, clean skincare, candles, jewelry, herbal goods and teas, art, flowers, home goods, and thoughtful gifts for yourself or someone you love
- holistic practitioners— massage and bodywork, chiropractic assessments, reiki and energy work, craniosacral therapy, ear seeds by acupuncturists, and more!
- rotating activations— astrology and intuitive readings, aura photography, flash tattoos, forever jewelry, charm bars, and new surprises every month!
- free fitness classes (yoga, pilates, barre), workshops, a live DJ, and community giveaways!
why shore and sage exists:
simply put, I beleive you shoudl know your neighbors's name and where your honey comes from. this is to support local makers and practitioners, make wellness welcoming and accessible, offer a real third space to gather, and choose connection over consumption and individualism.
