We are so excited to see you in July 2025 for our annual Shop Hackers Conference! This event is designed to provide you with top-tier training, community, and motivation to help you succeed both personally and professionally.

******EACH PERSON ATTENDING THE MEETINGS MUST PURCHASE A TICKET

******[IMPORTANT] Shop Hackers tickets can only be purchased by SHOP OWNERS. Industry businesses are not permitted to attend the event without purchasing a sponsorship package. OVERVIEW:

• FRIDAY, July 25, 2025 - Evening reception - 8 - 10pm Embassy Suites Hotel Bar
• SATURDAY, July 26, 2025 - Shop Hackers Day 1 (Dinner provided) 8am to 6pm
• SUNDAY, July 27, 2025 - Shop Hackers Day 2 - (Lunch provided) 8am to 6:30pm
  * **if you can stay to the end, that is highly recommended!! We save the best for last!

LODGING: A HOTEL BLOCK LINK WILL BE GIVEN IN THE TICKET CONFIRMATION PAGE. SPACE IS LIMITED SO BOOK ASAP.
We only have hotel dates for July 25 - 28. If you try to book more dates than this it will say sold out. If it is still sold out other hotels in the same parking lot area and within walking distance for you to consider are:

Courtyard by Marriott Nashville SE/Murfreesboro

Hilton Garden Inn Murfreesboro

Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville SE/Murfreesboro

Holiday Inn Murfreesboro, an IHG Hotel

TRANSPORTATION:

• Air travel: If you're flying in, you'll need to use Nashville International Airport (BNA).
• Getting To/From BNA: Both UBER and Lyft have a dedicated lane at BNA and are the best option to get around if you're not renting a car.
• We will have buses to transport everyone to the evening dinners.

FOOD: Guests of Embassy Suites receive free Breakfast. Lunch and Dinner meals will be a mix of both group meals, and “on-your-own” meals (transportation will be provided to event sponsored meals)

ALL guests must be registered or they will not be able to attend. Please do not bring children under the age of 15. If you have someone that wants to attend the meals only they must be registered with a companion pass.
