Shoot Full Moonset & Statue of Liberty!

I generally get into position at least 30 minutes before moonset to ensure a smooth shoot.

To attend this event I will reach out to you via phone to give further details.

Since the distance from the pier to Statue of Liberty is a little over 8800 feet it's best to bring a long telephoto lens or a 150-600 zoom lens and teleconverters for additional reach. I have been successful with a 800mm lens with a 2x converter on a full frame camera but a long telephoto zoom is more versatile.

Please get to location promptly at 3am because once the action starts there will be no time for me to look at your settings as we all will be trying to capture a masterpiece!
