On September 27th, SODA Club (Riga) will be hosting the legendary French artist, Shonky. Since his first release in 2005, Shonky has developed a unique sound that has propelled his success on the global stage. A key figure in re-establishing Paris as a hub for electronic music, he co-founded Apollonia with Dan Ghenacia and Dyed Soundorom. Shonky’s groovy, techy house sets have taken him from Miami to Moscow, while his productions have landed on respected labels like Freak N’Chic, Mobilee, and his own Apollonia imprint. As part of Apollonia, he’s become one of the most in-demand DJs, known for extended back-to-back sets.
