IT'S THE SHOLVER MILLENNIUM GREEN DAY !!!! YAY !!! 🌿🌲🎊🌞🥳🌳🌾🍃
This month's stroll will be an incredibly extra special one, as we'll be taking full advantage of the bank holiday and (hopefully) lovely weather to join our fantastic community event the Millennium Green Day!! This will be a fantastic celebration of our beautiful local green space, gathering with friends, getting stuck in in the community and enjoying some fantastic free family friendly activities including games, sports, face painting, tree planting, and a BBQ!
Join us on the day for a gentle all-abilities stroll through the Millennium Green woods - bring your camera, forage for natural crafts, find your new favourite tree, learn a new shortcut, and generally feel more connected to your local area and community. What's not to love!?

If you would like to get involved by helping us plan and host walks in our area please do get in touch - we'd love to have you with us and there's no pressure to do any more than you'd like.
All ages, families, and dogs on leads are all welcome. We are a warm and friendly group and members support each other along Sunday Stroll routes. There may be some mud and long grass so please come in suitable footwear! Meet at the Millennium Green main entrance at 11am. We can't wait to walk with you!
