An evening where the stillness of Shiva meets the wild, life giving force of Shakti.

On 30 August 2026, from 5 PM to 7 PM, join us at The Immersion Room, DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, for a journey of release, remembrance and surrender.

Shiva Tandav is an embodiment journey. It is the sacred rhythm of creation, dissolution and rebirth. In this somatic journey, we will awaken Shakti in the body: the energy that moves, breathes, feels, opens and restores. Held by the witnessing presence of Shiva, we create space for what has felt heavy, anxious, unspoken or stuck to finally move.

This is a safe, held space to let the mind chatter soften and allow the body to speak. Through breath, movement, sound, dance, tears and stillness, we will meet the parts of ourselves we may have rejected or felt ashamed of, and learn to hold them with love.

We will release. We will breathe. We will move.

We will sing, cry, dance and return home to ourselves.

Things to carry-

1. Wear loose & comfortable clothing.

2. Carry a sleeping eye mask or scarf.

This is not a dance workshop. You can do the journey sitting, lying down or standing.
