Join us for a serene journey into the heart of nature with a Healing Forest Walk inspired by the ancient Japanese practice of Shirin Yoku or forest bathing. This walk offers a unique blend of mindful immersion in nature paired with the creative use of photography as a tool for deeper connection.
During the walk participants will be guided to slow down engage their senses and truly observe the living world around them. With the camera lens as our medium we will capture the subtle beauty of the forest—the play of light through leaves the intricate patterns on tree bark and the quiet dance of shadows.
Whether you`re an experienced photographer or a beginner this walk will encourage you to explore nature from a fresh perspective allowing the act of taking photos to become a meditative process.
