Another quarter has passed, so it's time to get together and talking about Province business, and then fire up the grill and enjoying cooked meat, shared food and drink, adult beverages, cigars, tabletop games and great company!
Business meeting agenda begins at 5:00 pm:
1. Officer reports.
2. Recruiting.
3. Plans for new annual event.
4. Demos.
If you’re staying for the revel, plan to bring meat for your own family, and a side or dessert to share.
Dress: comfortably for the weather. Medieval garb is welcome if that pleases you, but is not necessary.
