During the next in the series of Vertex Presents… events on Saturday 13th June, Dr Charles Douglas will give his uniquely personal and professional insight into what it was like to work close by to Dr Harold Shipman. In 1992, Charles took over a medical practice in Dukinfield, East Manchester. Through his work he got to know other single-handed GP’s in the area. Little did he know that one of them would go on to be convicted as one of the most prolific serial killers in modern history.
Written and performed by Dr Charles Douglas
Directed by Joe Douglas
The event will be held in West Kilbride Community Centre and doors will open at 12:30pm for a 1:00pm start
Tickets are available from the Vertex website (vertexvisions.co.uk) and from Scottish Country Foods, 90 Main Street, West Kilbride.
