2. Pick a discrete task, one with a clear beginning and end. Perhaps something you know you need to get done but keep putting off, like planning your posts or finishing that report. Define EXACTLY what you intend to get done during the session.
3. BEGIN! Focused deep work. Have your headphones on if you need or just listen to the quiet. Rules are no interrupting others and stay on the task you’ve picked to complete.
4. Let the power of social shaming keep you focused on the task as you work alongside other sessioners.
5. Buzzer Blows…Session Ends….! Bask in the warm glow of a completed task.
6. Celebrate with your other sessioners with a snack and some chats.
