Shinrin-Yoku Journaling

This event is organized on behalf of the International Game Developers Association's Climate Special Interest Group. We expect most attendees will be climate conscious video game developers, but anyone inspired to join us is welcome.

Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest as we explore the benefits of shrinrin-yoku (forest bathing) for well-being and connection of self to the world.

**For this event you must bring your own journal/sketch book and writing or art supplies.

**This event will require sitting on the ground or finding a log to sit on. If this is an issue, you may stand or bring a small folding chair that can easily be carried , blanket or yoga mat.
