After hundreds of auditions, three rounds of callbacks, and months of preparation, Shining Star CLE promises an unforgettable evening of extraordinary vocal talent.
Ten of Northeast Ohio’s most gifted high school singers will take the stage, competing for $19,000 in college scholarships and the opportunity to make their dreams a reality.
A panel of celebrity judges will select the Top 4 finalists, but the excitement doesn’t end there. In a thrilling twist, the audience joins the judges in voting to determine the scholarship winners, giving every attendee a voice in the outcome.
More than a competition, Shining Star CLE is a celebration of young artists, community, and the power of music to bring people together. Proceeds from the event support creative youth programming and aging-in-place services for older adults at the Mandel JCC, strengthening programs that enrich lives across generations.
Finalists gain the opportunity to perform on a professional stage, receive valuable mentorship and recognition, and compete for life-changing scholarship support.
