We have all known the quiet theft of our own light.

Whether through the cycles of recovery, burden of abuse, the fog of coercive control, the weight of grief, or the impact of life-altering adversity, these experiences can leave us fragmented.

We became quiet. We became small.

A 'skeleton' of who we once were—disconnected from our joy, our bodies, and our truth.

SHINE THRU is a response to that silence.

It is an immersive event series designed for womxn to move through the healing process—by becoming the architects of their own recovery within a sanctuary of shared witness.
