Get clear, reliable answers with SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders), a free program from the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. SHINE offers unbiased, in-person, one-on-one counseling to seniors, caregivers and families as they navigate Medicare, Medicaid and other health insurance options to make informed decisions about coverage. This service is offered through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and the Area Agency on Aging of Seminole County.
