Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It is a set of techniques which utilize the body’s energy meridian points, stimulating them by tapping them with your fingertips— literally tapping into your body’s energy and healing power.
Eft tapping can help release anxiety, anger, procrastination, guilt, shame and more. Join Kate Winch on The Center SF outdoor patio where she will guide attendees to use this technique to tap away energetic blocks to new beginnings and set new intentions.

Kate Winch is a transformational teacher, EFT/tapping practitioner, intuitive counselor and Qoya dance teacher. She leads workshops, teleclasses and works with clients one on one via skype all over the world. She has been a holistic practitioner for over 23 years and loves helping people get unstuck so they can shine.
