FRIDAY
10-12pm session 1 ( Kihon Kata & Chi no Kata )
12-1pm Lunch ( not provided )
1-3pm session 2 ( Chi no Kata )
3-4pm break ( travel to outside venue )
4pm-6pm session 3 ( Chi no Kata and Bukijutsu outdoor training )
6pm Return to Dōjō. End of first day training
SATURDAY
10am-12pm session 5 ( Shizen Shigoku Kata )
12-1:30pm Lunch ( not provided )
1:30pm-3pm session 6 ( Shizen Shigoku Kata )
3-4pm Break and travel to outdoor location.
4pm-6pm session 7 ( Naginata and Kenjutsu )
6pm-7pm return to Dōjō,change,social time.
7pm-9pm Dinner - Pizza at Dōjō
SUNDAY
9am-12pm session 8 - Short hike, meditation, Takigyô ( waterfall practice )
12-2:00pm Lunch ( not provided )
2:00pm-4:00pm session 9 (gasshuku summary,certification,stretching,meditation.)
4:00pm - ? Social time

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Shinden Fudō Ryū Bushinden Tasmania Dōjō Uniform ( white keiko-gi & black hakama ).
Budô Taijutsu uniform ( black keiko-gi )
Indoor cotton soled tabi
Jika tabi ( outdoor rubber sole tabi ) or flip flops/japanese sandals etc.
Mogito ( alloy blunt training sword for Battojutsu )
Other training weapons supplied by the Dōjō.
TAKIGYÔ
We will do a short hike with meditation and Takigyô ( waterfall practice ).
Clothing:
Hiking shoes, small backpack, bathers ,white light cotton training karate uniform, water bottle, snacks, flip flops for waterfall, towel, personal medication.
