Workshops with SHILLO: Connect & Introspect
Become present within your own movement and learn how to project your true self through it. Start with a dynamic dance warm-up to get your body moving and your mind grounded, then progress into prompted movement exercises to enhance your movement quality. Approach with an open mind and a willingness to discuss. Whether you identify as sensual, comical, lyrical, athletic, or anything in between, this workshop can benefit you!
Requirements: This is an all-levels pole workshop. Socks, knee pads and layers are optional. Please bring a journal or something to write with.
