Get ready to let the music move you and shake off all your stress and worries with our low-impact dance class.
I will guide you through a variety of dance styles, from belly dancing to latin dancing like bachata to salsa to funk, and help you find your own unique rhythm and style. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, we'll create a fun and supportive environment where you can let loose, get funky, and discover your own dance magic and calm it down with some yoga.
No need for dance shoes, grab some friends, and come join us for a fun dance movement that will get your heart pumping and your body grooving. We promise you'll leave feeling more confident, energized, and alive than ever before. So let's shift that groove thing and dance like nobody's watching.
$15 per class or $50 for all 5 Tuesday classes in May
Free on street parking in a private studio.
Tammy Shaw-Sykes is a pain relief and postural alignment specialist and avid dancer. She combines yoga, belly dance and latin dance to improve alignment, balance and core movement through dance.
