Shift Change Supervisor Training Program

This “Gender Inclusive Leadership Training Course” is designed and delivered for male supervisors working in skilled trades. It includes once-per-week in-person training for 6 weeks.

Participant organizations are seeing leaders emerge and teams get stronger. Supervisors are seeing team culture shift to be more positive and inclusive.

Male leaders need opportunities to learn about the challenges and opportunities that exist in building and supporting diverse teams.
