❇Course description:Introduction to Shibari art and world. Ola explains her way of practicing, what to be careful of, about consent, respect, and some medical info that is important.
She will show the basic knots and guide you in practicing those.
After that you can dive into the art of shibari and also try suspending your partner.
❇Who is Ola:
Ola has been practicing shibari for over 7 years, and through her journey she no longer pays
attention to aesthetics but to crossing boundaries together - all about intimacy and letting go.

❇Number of participants: maximum 7 couples
❇What to bring: yoga shorts, sports bras, boxers, sports underwear (having skin revealed makes the shibari experience more intense and beautiful). If you are not comfortable with ropes on naked skin bring comfy clothes that are close to the skin and stretch.
❇Coffee, tea and water provided. Please bring your own snacks.
❇Fee per couple: 200 EUR
