Trust me. The depth and self-knowledge that comes from the rope is like nothing else. In this Rope Skillz class we will be focusing on developing Basic Technical Skills for Shibari. We will be learning specific knots, frictions, lock-offs, and tension for specific harnesses that help build your foundational tool box.

The focus of this class will be learning how to tie 3 different box ties (arms behind the back).

Ropes will be available for purchase (8m Jute Natural Color)
