Over 3 weekends, an introduction to the healing art of Shiatsu where you will learn the essence of Shiatsu touch, a full body sequence, an introduction to 5 element theory and explore self awareness and grounding practices. This course can be used as CPD , to add skills to an existing practice and as self development. It is the first part of the 1st year practitioner diploma and is also a complete course in itself which you can use with friends and family.
