Shiatsu & Chair Makko Ho Class
About this Event
Discover the art of Japanese wellness through Shiatsu and Chair Makko Ho, guided by Kumiko Kanayama, Founder and Director of Five Lights Center of Shiatsu.
Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork practice that uses gentle pressure applied to specific points on the body to promote relaxation and support overall well-being. Chair Makko Ho is a series of simple stretches designed to improve flexibility, encourage mindful breathing, and help you connect with your body.
Everything will be done seated, and no additional equipment is needed. Just come ready to stretch, breathe, and unwind! Whether you're new to Japanese wellness practices or looking to deepen your experience, everyone is welcome.
