Time to unleash your creative powers and enhance your well-being with ConfiDance in collaboration with Tees Women Poets “SheSpeaks SheDances” Workshop.
With special guests from Tees Women Poets joining us for a 3 hour workshop, their mission is to inspire and empower women through creative self-expression and sisterhood! - sounds beautiful right? �
TWP support women to grow their confidence and wellbeing through writing and speaking poetry, so it’s only natural that we mix it up and add some ConfiDance to the mix!
This is an afternoon of creativity, confidence building, and embodiment �
