Come join us at Toronto Striking Academy for an exciting in-person event in Toronto, ON, Canada. This event is specifically designed for women who are passionate about Muay Thai and Kick boxing, regardless of their experience level.

Info: This is about community. Each SHEspars event starts with an introduction. The women will gather in a circle to introduce themselves, their experience levels and the SHEspars Team will go over considerations for safety and the FLOW.

Info: Partner sparring 3-minute rounds with 1-minute rest. Switch to a new partner every round. Take rest anytime you need to. There will be one round off after every three rounds.

Sparring ends when everyone runs out of gas.
