Here’s a snapshot of the topics we’ll be discussing together:• Alternatives to smartphones – ways kids can stay connected to friends and family without jumping straight to an iPhone (think smart watches, Gabb phones, Tin Can phones, and more)
• Activities that support an analog lifestyle and keep kids happily unplugged – ideas that help kids stay engaged and disconnected from screens (board games, outdoor adventures, creative play, and other screen-free wins)
• Technology boundaries that actually work – what’s helped your family set healthy limits (like device-free zones, screen-free times, or clear household expectations)
Because we’re all parenting kids of different ages and stages, this will be a great space to swap ideas, share real-life wins, and learn from each other. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s to share what has worked, what we’ve learned along the way, and encourage each other as we continue helping our families build healthier relationships with technology.
