All sherries are from producer Diatomists, founded by three friends - Antonio from Jerez, George from Oxford, and Tommy from Barcelona - who share a passion for Jerez's world-renowned export and have over 20 years combined experience in the wine trade. Swing by on the night to enjoy the below sherries and their food pairings; oysters, charcuterie, cheeses, and ice cream. Not to be missed!
