Join us for a donation and pet adoption event with our friends at Shep's Place in Independence. Saturday, May 11 from 12pm to 2pm outside the Noland Road Hy-Vee. Shep’s Place Senior Dog Sanctuary is a refuge for abandoned old dogs in the Kansas City area. The Noland Road Hy-Vee is proud to be partnering with Shep's Place to help collect donation items and assist with the adoption of senior dogs in the Independence area. Items needed include:
Paper towels, laundry detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, purina one smartblend adult premium dog food, greenies pill pockets, kitchen trash bags, 30-gallon trash bags, disinfecting wipes, disposable latex gloves, kleenex, febreeze, 60W light bulbs, scotch tape, dry erase markers, liquid hand soap and dobie pads.
