Tucked away in the southern corner of Western Australia, in the picturesque Porongurup wine region, Shepherd’s Hut was established by the Wishart family in 1996. The very first vines were planted by Laura’s grandparents, Michael and Valerie Wishart, alongside her parents, Phil and Cathy Wishart. Today, as the third generation to look after the estate, Laura continues the family legacy with a fierce focus on quality over quantity, crafting boutique wines that truly reflect their unique terroir.
