Balcony Access Notice: Escalator upgrade construction at the Jubilee Auditorium 1st Balcony Ticket Purchasers: Escalator access to the 1st balcony will be unavailable for this event. If using the stairs is a concern, we recommend allowing extra time for your arrival, as the elevator to the 1st balcony may experience higher demand.

Accessibility:
Wheelchair and companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement on the Main Floor and in the First Balcony. Companions will have a seat provided to them beside the wheelchair. Additional companion seats may be purchased from best available seating nearby.
Seating is located in the following areas: Orchestra Pit Row CC, Main Floor Rows A & Y and 1st Balcony Row K. Depending on show configuration, some sections may not be open for all events.
Access to theatre via ramp at north entrance. Elevator available to access seating in 1st Balcony. Accessible washrooms in lobby near main entrance. Accessible Parking available in West lot. Handi-Bus parking at NW entrance.
