Shelter From The Storm kicks off the 2026 Duluth Dylan Fest at Mr. D’s Bar & Grill. Join this all-star group performing Bob Dylan classics to open the festival.
Band members: Jane Oase (vocals, guitar), Pete Oase (vocals, guitar), Mike Bernier (vocals, guitar), Garth Anderson (vocals, guitar, percussion), Jordan Ash (bass), Kevin Kitchak (keyboards), and Todd James (vocals, drums).
Celebrate Dylan’s music and start the weeklong festival with a great night of live music in Duluth.
Tickets: $5 cover at door
