Photographer Patti Blake is returning to Shell Island for another nighttime adventure! This small group workshop will teach you to capture the stars with long exposure techniques. Explore the shoreline together and experience the magic of the night sky. Limited to 5 participants!
This advanced Milky Way photography class includes a charter boat ride to and from the island, plus hands-on instruction from local astro-landscape photographer Patti Blake. You’ll need a camera, wide-angle lens, sturdy tripod and a sense of adventure.
As an advanced class, you should feel comfortable with using your camera in manual mode, and know how to focus your lens to infinity.
*Waterproof bags aren’t required but they’re helpful. Shoes that can get a little wet are a good idea. Be prepared for some sand walking!
