Event Description:
Tune your gear up after a summer of adventures. Learn about working with tech fabrics and the basics of replacing hardware such as buckles and straps (not including zippers). Discuss how to open a garment from the lining to access seams.
Bring a project to work on for hands-on guidance. Free fabric to use or take home will be available from the material library. Workshop led by teachers Amy Meissner, Jamie Hirano, and Ming Stephens. Doors open at 6 p.m., instruction begins at 6:30 p.m. Free. Registration recommended.
