SheJumps x Chappell Brewing | Wax & Brews | UT

Join us for an evening of learning to wax and tune our own skis/boards at Chappell Brewing in Salt Lake City on Tuesday, December 16th. We'll learn from seasoned professional ski tech (and brewery founder) Tim Chappell on the brewery's own ski tuning table, then we will each get the chance to wax and tune our own skis with guidance and supervision.
All supplies, including wax, are provided, so just bring yourself and your skis or board! As a bonus kicker, you can come back in the future and use the brewery's tuning bench yourself on an ongoing basis!
While participation is free of charge, this evening will double as a ski clothing supply drive for the SheJumps Into the Canyon outreach program. So please bring any gently used ski/snowboard clothing (base layers, insulating layers, gloves, goggles, or outerwear) for SheJumps' winter sports clothing stockpile! 6-6:30: Arrive, check in, clothing donation acceptance
6:30-7:15: Ski/board waxing and tuning lesson
7:15-8:45: Supervised DIY waxing/tuning of your own gear

• Public Transportation: "South Salt Lake" S-Line Trax stop is located on the north side of the block on Central Pointe Pl. Bus route 200 stop towards Murray Central is located on the east side of the block on State St
