One revelation we received is that we made getting it, harder than it needed to be and we want to help you get to it in Ease and Flow! That made the difference for us! How hard it will be is totally up to you. Read that again. How hard it will be is totally up to you! We know change can be hard if that's what you decide it will be. You can also decide it will be easy and i will flow. That what needs to be released will do so without tension, drama or dis-ease. Letting go can be scary we know yet it can also be exciting and yep, FUN!!!!

WE have curated an Experience that PRIORITIZES your relaxation so you will have plenty of time to enjoy the beach, your beautifully-appointed suite, share time with other Sisters or do that ever-so-elusive alone thing, to just BE! Our location is a vibrant community loaded with activities, great dining and live music. The choice is yours. You get to decide what kind of Getaway this will be for YOU!
