● We have a change-of-mind return policy, which means you can request a return within 4 days of purchase at this SHEIN POP UP shop.
● To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
● Items at the pop up are in limited quantities, and if in the event of overwhelming sales, the pop up is subject to early closure by management.
● Please respect our staff. We have a zero tolerance policy of behaviours that may cause harm, distress, violence or injury.
● Please note that if you damage any products or property at our pop up, the cost of repairing or replacing items will be charged to the customer at fault.
● Bag checks may occur at random, please comply with our staff for bag checks.
