Sheff Girls Lift - July edition

Join us at @sheffieldspc on Saturday 6th July from 6pm for our fourth meet/lifting party/training session/social - whatever you want it to be. There won’t be any formal schedule or training plan, we just want to gather a bunch of gals in our fav gym. There is a new leaderboard for 2 new challenges if you fancy a go!
Experienced lifter? Come do your usual Saturday session in a welcoming room of new friends & maybe help someone out if they need it ✨
Lifting Beginner? Come try out some new equipment & new movements with guidance from totally unqualified but enthusiastic lifting pals 🥰

Or just hang out, whatever.

Come ready in your gym kit & bring a full water bottle, there are some drinks to buy for £1 each if you forget. We’ll be arranging a group walk from Park Hill Flats at 5.45pm if you’d like to do so and we might head to The Pax for a pint afterwards if we fancy it.
We’ll collab on the playlist, so get thinking of ur fav workout bangers.
