In anticipation of our Harvest Festival (Sunday 20 October, 10am) and the 'Illuminated Sheep' full flock display by artist Deepa-Mann Kler (Tuesday 22 - Thursday 24 October), we invite families to enjoy our FREE/drop-in sheep-themed family fun day!
Take part in craft activities and get hands-on with demonstrations from the Tynedale Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers – all while surrounded by the flock of 30 soon-to-be-illuminated Sheep!

This event is inspired by the 'Illuminated Sheep' artwork, commissioned by Northumberland County Council and developed and managed by Queen’s Hall Arts and the Hexham Culture Network. It was part of the Cultural Programme of Hexham High Street Heritage Action Zone (HSHAZ) and funded by the North of Tyne Combined Authority, now the new North East Combined Authority.
