As the Year of the Snake comes to a close, we gather to honor what has been shed, what still lingers, and what is finally ready to be released.

The snake teaches us that transformation doesn’t happen all at once.

It happens slowly—layer by layer—through listening, patience, and honesty with ourselves.

This gathering is an invitation to shed one final skin before moving forward.

This is a safe, grounded space to reflect on the year behind you.

A place to speak, or simply witness, what was hard…

what surprised you…

what you’re proud of surviving, growing through, or becoming.

A space where your body, your voice, and your experience are welcome.

We’ll begin in circle, gently opening the space for reflection and optional sharing. You’re invited—but never required—to speak about:

• What this past year asked of you
  
• What felt heavy or hard
  
• What you’re proud of yourself for surviving or becoming
  
• What you’re ready to leave behind
  
• What you feel stirring as we move toward the Year of the Fire Horse
  

Listening is participation. Silence is honored.

From there, we’ll transition into a deeply grounding sound bath, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle. Sound becomes the medicine that carries what words cannot—helping emotions move, breath deepen, and release happen gently, without force.

To close, we’ll enter a water-based release ritual—a soft, non-intense way to let go of one final pattern, belief, or role that no longer fits. Symbolizing purification and renewal, water dissolves, and carries away old burdens, cleansing the spirit, and creating way for something new.

As the old skin is honored and released, we turn toward the Year of the Fire Horse—a year of movement, momentum, and embodied freedom. Not movement driven by pressure, but movement rooted in truth. Not rushing forward, but moving with yourself.

This gathering will take place at All About Alchemy which is on the owners private property. Please drive 10mph or slower as there are animals that roam freely. There will be signs leading you to parking. I will send an email with more instructions.

You’re encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel supported—yoga mat, pillow, a favorite blanket, layers, a journal, & water.

No prior experience with sound healing or ritual is necessary.

Selenia Rodriguez is a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master and Certified Sound Healer with over a decade of experience holding spaces for deep rest, release, and reconnection.

Her work is rooted in nervous system safety, self-sovereignty, and honoring the body’s natural rhythms. Selenia creates environments where people feel seen, heard, and supported—without pressure to fix, force, or bypass their lived experience.

Blending sound, energy work, and intuitive guidance, her offerings invite people to soften out of survival mode and return to themselves—especially those who have spent much of their lives caring for others, suppressing their voice, or pushing past their own limits.

At the heart of her work is a simple truth: Healing happens when we feel safe enough to listen.
